• Admission file — background, motivation, profile photo (optional).
• Payment data — processed exclusively by our service providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square). We never have access to full card numbers.

Your information is used to: process your admission request, manage your training file, issue your certificates and diplomas, send you communications related to your program, and meet our légal and tax obligations.

Student records are retained for 7 years after the end of your training, in accordance with tax and professional requirements. Beyond that, they are anonymized or securely destroyed.

Our servers are hosted in Canada and protected by TLS encryption, automatic backups, and access controls. In the event of a privacy incident presenting serious risk, we notify affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
