General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all enrollments in a BF Beauty Training Academy program, as well as any purchase of training, certificate, attestation, or educational materials on bfbeautytraining.com.

1. Seller Identity

2. Acceptance

Any enrollment, booking, or purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The client acknowledges having read them before confirming their order.

3. Programs and Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), including applicable taxes where noted. Prices may be changed at any time without affecting already confirmed enrollments. Educational material fees not included in the price are specified on each program page.

4. Enrollment and Deposit

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. For certain programs, a non-refundable deposit of $500 CAD may be required to secure a spot; the balance is due before the first day of class, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Methods

Visa and Mastercard via Stripe, PayPal, Square, Interac e-Transfer. Transactions are secured by TLS and 3D Secure. No banking data is stored on our servers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

7. Attendance and Certification

The attestation or certificate is issued to participants who attended at least 80% of training hours and completed the practical evaluations. An unjustified absence may result in postponement or cancellation of certification, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Course materials, manuals, videos, and all educational content remain the exclusive property of BF Beauty Training Academy. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Image and Testimonials

The student authorizes BF Beauty to use, for promotional purposes, photos and videos taken during training. A waiver may be requested in writing before the first class.

10. Liability

BF Beauty Training Academy makes every effort to ensure the quality of its programs but cannot be held responsible for a student’s subsequent professional failure, which depends on many external factors. The school’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the training concerned.

11. Force Majeure

No party may be held liable for a failure resulting from a force majeure event (pandemic, strike, administrative closure, weather event). In such cases, the program is postponed without penalty.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
